NUTRITION
Morning: Milk and cereal for breakfast
Lunch: Enchilada, potatoes and fruit salad
Post lunch: Diet Sierra Mist
Dinner: Dhokla, aloo subzi, dal, rice, matar subzi and 3 rotis.
EXERCISE
Evening: Stretching before jog, ran around the lake (must have been about 3 miles, not sure) and stretching after jog.
